Responsibilities:
As a part-time data entry specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval
- Selecting, packing, and shipping orders with precision and attention to detail
- Operating scanners to read barcodes on products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management
- Following on-screen prompts and instructions for various tasks, including troubleshooting and quality control
- Ensuring products meet quality requirements, adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Amazon's warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues remotely
