Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing administrative functions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
- Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
- Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
- Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
- Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
