Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 100% remote team. As a Customer Care Associate/Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document and record customer/client information
- Utilize computer software navigation and dual screens to manage multiple tasks and calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to attendance policies and work schedules, including flexible shifts
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry (highly preferred)
- Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
Preferred Qualifications
* Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien (highly preferred)
- Experience working in a call center environment with flexible shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Important Details
* Location: 100% remote
- Duration: 6 months contract with potential of extension
- Work shifts: Flexible shifts, including 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday), 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sunday - Thursday), 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Saturday - Wednesday), and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Friday - Tuesday)
- Training: 2-3 weeks, with required attendance on camera during training/team meetings (M-F: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific)
- Attendance policy: No time off in the first 90 days of assignment
- Equipment: Provided by arenaflex
- Workspace: Candidates must confirm they have a quiet workspace free from distractions and a table and chair
- Internet: High-speed internet access via a hardwired modem connection (Wi-Fi is unacceptable)
- California residency: Required
