Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Managing customer interactions
via inbound calls
Providing an optimum level of service
with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
Advising customers
on the best approach based on their needs and requests
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Fluency in Spanish
