As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, guiding families through their exploration of our innovative education model with unparalleled attention to detail and care. You'll be the master of logistics, data management, and ambassador training, all while supporting our admissions process with laser-focused precision. This role isn't just about customer service – it's about orchestrating a seamless experience that sets the stage for student success from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Craft prompt, accurate responses to parent inquiries via phone and email, setting the tone for exceptional customer service

  • Develop and execute a robust training program for student ambassadors, ensuring they embody our values during campus tours
  • Orchestrate flawless logistics for tours and shadow days, leaving nothing to chance
  • Maintain pristine admissions records in our CRM & SIS systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Pioneer scalable processes and manuals that will serve as the blueprint for future campus expansions

About the Role

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with blithequark.
