Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to work part-time as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and claims, and adhering to our core values of customer first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from your home office and choose from a variety of weekend shifts to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
• Demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
• Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, and write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Computer skills, including basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm
• A reliable internet connection, with a Speed Test run from your computer upon hire (www.speedtest.net)
• An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
• A private network, with no VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US
