Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Chat Support Associate to join our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. As a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, you'll be responsible for engaging with our users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary goal will be to ensure a delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and experiences.
- Collaborate with the Support Team to help provide our users with an excellent experience on our platform.
- Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to help evolve our platform, ensuring a positive and delightful experience for every user.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and timely support.
- Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support services.
Essential Qualifications:
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.
- 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with intercom or other chat platforms.
- Tech or start-up work experience, although not required.
- Familiarity with veterinary professionals or the veterinary industry.
