Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• Basic math competency, with the ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently, with frequent standing, walking, reaching, balancing, or climbing
• Forklift certification (if required for specific job positions)
• Ability to pass a drug test and obtain certification for heavy equipment operation (if required)
