Your Role at arenaflex

As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued customers. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships. Your superior sales and customer service skills, combined with your enthusiasm for technology, will enable you to drive sales growth, resolve customer issues, and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes, as needed
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

  • The ability to manage incidents and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and communication skills that enable you to diffuse sensitive situations
  • A strong sense of ownership and a drive to provide exceptional customer service
  • A passion for staying connected to what matters most to our customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience

  • Customer Service call center experience
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience with selling products and services
  • Customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly, based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
