Job Summary
As a Part-time / Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, as well as updating client and company-level information. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee information, in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company-level information, such as delivery addresses and contact information, to maintain accurate account information
- Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with databases and data entry systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
