As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently and accurately entering data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions
• Utilizing strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
• Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and best practices
• Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency
