Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist II to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, part-time remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist II, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and Resolving Customer Inquiries: Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts.
- Providing Critical Service and Product Information: Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Processing Orders and Entering Data: Process orders and enter data into our order entry system.
- Tracking Customer Packages: Track customer packages and ensure timely delivery.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training programs and contributing to team projects.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 6+ Months Experience in Customer Service: 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Computer Skills and Troubleshooting: Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times.
- Quiet and Distraction-Free Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace, free from interruptions and noise.
- Technical Requirements: Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with an Ethernet Port, and a Thin client that connects directly (no Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi).
