About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex products, services, and company policies.

  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting basic issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure a satisfactory resolution, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, providing feedback for continuous improvement and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, or a related field.
