Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home sales support position. As a native Dutch speaker with a knack for building rapport and exceeding targets, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospects, selling new products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers and prospects to sell new products and services, and to save customers from leaving
  • Communicate commercially and describe the value of products and services offered to customers
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Adhere to common KPIs for your work
  • Update client records

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Fluent in Dutch language (spoken and written at C1/C2 level), with native speakers highly preferred
  • Familiarity with desktop computing, including Windows PCs, Outlook Email, Web Browsers, and the Internet
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
