Key Responsibilities
- * Discover trending TikTok content across different niches including music, comedy, lifestyle, fashion, and entertainment.
- * Curate and organize videos for campaigns, social pages, and online media stories.
- * Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with brand messaging and arenaflex audience.
- * Analyze TikTok trends, hashtag performances, and influencer engagement to stay ahead of viral movements.
- * Ensure curated content complies with platform guidelines and copyright regulations.
- * Create themed playlists and content categories to drive audience engagement.
- * Communicate regularly with team leads to deliver content according to campaign timelines.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content categories.
- * Excellent visual judgment and ability to identify what content will perform well.
- * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of content.
- * Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
- * Basic understanding of copyright rules and content usage rights.
- * Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
- * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience
- * 1+ year experience in content creation, digital media, or social media curation.
- * Prior experience working with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or arenaflex Shorts is highly desirable.
- * Experience in the entertainment industry is a bonus but not required.
- Working Hours
- * Flexible hours – curate content on your own schedule.
