What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer satisfaction goals
- Must already reside in Canada
