Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in:

  • Delivering top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing timely solutions
  • Actively listening to customer needs and offering personalized assistance
  • Gathering feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment

Main Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and concerns, using this information to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support

  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
  • Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting

Technical Requirements

* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds

  • Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
