Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Mail and Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will work closely with our technical teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve customer tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company, software company, or related field (e.g., orange, WE, or similar organizations)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in technical support for at least 3 years, with a strong understanding of web and cloud hosting technologies
- Very good English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Sales experience is a plus, as you will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling arenaflex's products and services
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
- Graduates only (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- Both males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, working from the office, or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home
- 2 days off per month, with the schedule changing every month
- Hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance
