As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales efforts forward by accurately and efficiently managing sales data. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Uploading data of landing page and website new leads onto marketing sheets
• Conducting extensive web searches to find leads and company contact information
• Executing periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
• Executing periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
• Reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages on demand
• Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization on demand

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data entry
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely with minimal supervision
• Methodical and able to follow processes and procedures
• Excellent English skills, including reading and comprehension
• Self-starter with the ability to explore, learn, and work independently
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Advanced English level
