We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our UK team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone, live chat, and tickets. With a strong focus on providing a high level of customer experience, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information to our customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (UK time). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of customer experience via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets
  • Delivering technical support and troubleshooting to our customers (we'll provide you with products to have on-hand)
  • Sharing new ideas and suggestions with the team to improve marketing, sales, and service
  • Working from the comfort of your own home in the UK

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or online retail environment
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
