A Day in the Life...

As an Experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the complex functions of arenaflex's legal, security, and information consistency initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of arenaflex's Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) legal and security review lines
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new compliance processes
• Conducting external information sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants
• Managing project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations like GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future initiatives
• Providing support to partners and projects on an as-needed basis using client-service skills
• Maintaining excellent relational skills, including process streams and documentation
• Organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Demonstrating detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints

Essential Capabilities:

* Ability to help partners and projects on an as-needed basis using client-service skills

• Ability to arrange and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field

• Currently enrolled in a certified school/college, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the temporary job program
• Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months
• Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position
• Unrestricted work authorization
• Ability to have a predictable, reliable schedule for work throughout the internship
• Reliable transportation to/from work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing communications, or a related field

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
