Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Working independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and skills to continuously improve customer support services
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical support software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation
- Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (a plus, but not required)
- Certification in customer support or technical support (a plus, but not required)
