About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions from members about their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and support members in understanding their services and options
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns
  • Utilize computer applications to access member information and provide accurate and timely support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA compliance and adherence to federal regulations

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
