Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI platform, with a focus on live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business goals and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and designers, to develop and launch products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development and ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key product initiatives and milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress and status to key stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
4+ years of experience
in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
Proven track record
of delivering successful products and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Strong leadership skills
, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
