Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to inbound calls, visits, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Handling patient medicine demands, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to process new patient enrollment, enter data, and resolve special cases
- Settling on phone decisions to patients, prescribers, and guarantors to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or resolve issues
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional permit or certification

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
- Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued license or certification
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
