Job Overview

In this role, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and modifications. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will focus on handling billing calls. arenaflex will cover all training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements, ensuring you have the necessary tools to succeed.

  • Navigate system tools to search for answers and information, utilizing computer systems and data systems effectively

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reside in Utah (if you live within 50 miles of a site, you may be offered an onsite role)
  • Have open availability during hours of operation
  • Demonstrate professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a similar field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and data systems
