Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Payment Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection processes
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer issues
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and improve performance
- Participating in virtual team environments and weekly contests to stay engaged and motivated
Essential Qualifications
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting
- Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- GED or High School Diploma
- Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
