Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Payment Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection processes
  • Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
  • Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and improve performance
  • Participating in virtual team environments and weekly contests to stay engaged and motivated

Essential Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting

  • Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles
