Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research participation, and online focus groups. Key Responsibilities

* Participate in online research studies, including data entry, surveys, and focus groups

• Complete micro tasks and other small projects as assigned
• Utilize your skills in data entry, typing, and computer literacy to complete tasks efficiently
• Communicate effectively with arenaflex team members and clients via email, phone, or video conferencing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your work and progress
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work products
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus for additional opportunities
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory
