We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and maintaining the highest levels of product and service knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Convey elevated degrees of product and service knowledge to communicate fitting product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex Private Services
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Record important record data as per established procedures and techniques
- Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practicing
What You'll Need:
- Customer support experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic climate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
