Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations, demonstrations, and sales

  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management
