Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Excellent Customer Care and Focus: You'll be responsible for assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Answer and Manage Incoming Calls, Emails, Chats, and/or Interactive Voice Response Systems: You'll be handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to Learn and Follow All Customer Service Procedures and Policies: You'll be required to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in your interactions with customers.
  • Strive to Meet and Go Above Personal and Team Target Goals: You'll be expected to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, which will be discussed and agreed upon with your manager.
  • Record, Organize, and File Customer Interactions and Account Changes: You'll be responsible for recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Able to Up-sell if Needed: You'll have the opportunity to up-sell products or services to customers, which will help drive business growth and revenue.
  • Able to Schedule Call Back and Appoints to Resolve Customer Needs: You'll be able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure that customers receive the support they require.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Support, Client Services, Sales, or a Related Field: You'll need to have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Computer Skills and Experience: You'll need to have basic computer skills and experience to navigate our systems and tools.
  • Ability to Multitask: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills: You'll need to have excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage your workload and meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to Listen Actively, Relay Information, and Answer Questions and/or Concerns: You'll need to be able to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer-Focused for Positive Customer Experience and Resolution: You'll need to be customer-focused and committed to providing a positive customer experience and resolution.
