Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
- Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet customers' needs.
- Cooperating with clients to determine their requirements and advising them on suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications
