Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet customers' needs.
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their requirements and advising them on suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
