Job Summary

As a Remote Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to ensure that our customers feel valued and supported. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our cargo customers via phone and in-person

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about arenaflex's cargo services and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications
