Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
- Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
- Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
- Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
- Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize a proactive sales approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
- Process and coordinate financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or service-oriented role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
