Job Summary

As a Customer Trainee, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our services and products. You'll be responsible for communicating with our customers' employees, gathering information, and reporting your findings to your supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills, work independently, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers' employees via phone to gather information about their job performance

  • Write and submit detailed reports to your supervisor, highlighting any issues or concerns
  • Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access to create and manage reports, as well as maintain accurate records
  • Familiarize yourself with Email Mail Merge and other software tools to streamline your work processes
  • Develop and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve quality control objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools and systems
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or over the phone

  • Familiarity with Email Mail Merge and other software tools
  • Experience with MS Access and other database management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
