Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner
• Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need
• Dispatching proper authorities, when necessary, to ensure the safety and security of our clients
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and technology

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holidays
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends, as needed
