About the Mom and Baby Division

The Mom and Baby division at arenaflex provides essential products and services to new and expectant mothers, including breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support. Our team consists of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a range of support staff, all working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide, and providing top-notch customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized recommendations for mom and baby products
  • Interface with existing customers to discuss resupply inventory and determine which products meet their needs
  • Presentation of arenaflex's services and handling inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing prompt follow-up and resolution
  • Communicate with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, and enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts
  • Process documentation, including verification of insurance, and maintain accurate records and data
  • Other duties as assigned, including maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality and adhering to laws, regulations, and policies

Skills and Qualifications for Success

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and provide empathetic support to customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, high energy, and an engaging level of enthusiasm, with the ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team
  • Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, research, and problem-solve
  • A strong work ethic, with a proven history of stability and reliability, and a willingness to work in a high-stress environment
  • Sensitivity to patient care issues, with a commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and adhering to laws, regulations, and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • Microsoft Office computer skills, with experience using multiple phone lines and customer service software
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volumes and provide prompt support to customers
