About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Remote Health Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless interactions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates via phone, chat, and email
  • Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Provide expert knowledge on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology to address client inquiries
  • Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics and internal triaging of issues
  • Utilize Hubspot Service (our CX platform) to manage customer interactions and ensure seamless experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous, extensive customer service experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with familiarity in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • A passion for health and wellness, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Availability to work a 5-day week, with scheduled hours on Sunday and Thursday from 7-3:30 CST, and Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9-5:30 CST
  • Sundays are mandatory, with Wednesdays and Saturdays off (schedule subject to change to accommodate business needs)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a health and wellness-related field, with knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and DEXA technology
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on CX KPIs and processes
  • Familiarity with Hubspot Service or similar CX platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base compensation of $20.00/hr or $45,760 annually
  • Monthly bonuses of $500, based on team revenue and individual performance goals
