Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Dorado Hills. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Handling customer complaints, including difficult and escalated callers, in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and providing follow-up support as needed
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong work history and proven punctuality track record
• Proven customer support experience, preferably in a solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy industry trends and technologies
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

• Competitive hourly rate of $18.50-23/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time schedule with rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
