Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry and Customer Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records. This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient in data collection, possess excellent administrative skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
  • Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to ensure that data is accurate and consistent.
  • Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).

  • Every weekend, with a focus on data entry and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be based in Indiana, with a remote work arrangement that allows for flexibility and adaptability.
