Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into appointments and drive revenue growth for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including product information, appointment scheduling, and lead generation
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

  • Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
  • Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
