Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. You will be the face of Arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Document delivery flow and package tracking information in our system
• Collaborate with regional facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
• Work closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and package tracking information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
