Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Support College Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging thoughtfully with customers, providing step-by-step solutions
  • Fixing technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and responding effectively
  • Maintaining a quiet home workspace and meeting technical requirements
  • Completing pre-employment assessments, background checks, and initial training
  • Working part-time during training and post-training as per business needs

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you'll need to:

  • Be enrolled in at least one class at a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher through May of 2027 or later
  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.7
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment assessment and initial training
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while engaging with customers

Education Requirements

* Enrollment in a relevant university program

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other tech-related major preferred

Experience Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required
