About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our clients and clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers

• Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
• Provide real-time support during time-sensitive situations
• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while maintaining a distraction-free work environment
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and deliver comprehensive solutions
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
