Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Conducting inbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our CRM software is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction, leveraging your communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and development

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, with a customer-centric approach that prioritizes their satisfaction and well-being

Job Type and Pay

This is a contract position, with a pay rate of $10.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. You'll work 25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
