Job Summary

As a French Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in English and French, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction exceeds their expectations, and you'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in English and French, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction exceeds their expectations
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced English level, written and spoken

  • Advanced French level, written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • 10 MB internet speed and reliable computer equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and our products and services
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
