Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven content launch and episode release strategies
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of entertainment industry trends and consumer behavior
