We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business success and delivering exceptional results. Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and systems to resolve a wide range of issues and challenges

• Collaborate with other Data Analysts to provide expert advice and guidance on complex data-related topics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions, options, and approaches to problems
• Estimate the effort and value of proposed solutions and apply business acumen to drive decision-making
• Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
• Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in data analysis
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and deliver results with a focus on continuous improvement
• Communicate complex ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing, using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
• Identify and proactively address program risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
• Perform other work-related tasks as directed by your Manager or Supervisor

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics

• Proven experience in data analysis, business process modeling, and system development
• Strong understanding of technical conditions and software development methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause and translating the analysis into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment
• Ability to explore, create, and report on requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams and tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics

• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise software systems
• Certification in data analysis, business process modeling, or system development
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in coaching or mentoring others in technical and business subjects
