Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Investigating missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related issues
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, by identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a valid professional permit or certification
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

  • Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM) + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Age 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a valid state license or certification
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
