Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, addressing any claims or adjustments, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales, service, or account management, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the supplemental benefits industry, with knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Certification in a related field, such as insurance or benefits administration

  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and customer data to inform business decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
